Northbeam works with WooCommerce, but the price you see first is not the price a WooCommerce store pays. Northbeam lists Starter at $1,500 a month, and its FAQ describes Starter as month-to-month, usage-based pricing for Shopify brands. Other platforms are pointed to Professional or Enterprise, which run on annual terms. On top of that, WooCommerce has no native Northbeam app. Your developer sends orders through its Server API and wires its pixel to pass matching IDs.
That combination of a higher tier, an annual contract and developer setup is the main reason WooCommerce stores look elsewhere. Here are five options that connect to WooCommerce with less friction.
1. ThoughtMetric
ThoughtMetric is an e-commerce attribution tool for Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and custom stores, and it lists WooCommerce as a direct integration. (Disclosure: ThoughtMetric sponsors this site.) Every plan includes multi-touch attribution, server-side tracking, post-purchase surveys and product reporting, with no feature tiers. Pricing is based on monthly pageviews, starting at $99 a month for 50,000, and billing can be monthly. What you give up relative to Northbeam is modeled view-through credit and a media mix model, which matter mostly to brands spending heavily on video and connected TV.
2. Wicked Reports
Wicked Reports connects to WooCommerce through a setup wizard that asks for your store URL and pulls your entire order history. If you manage subscriptions inside WooCommerce, it detects and chains them. Its help docs also publish how WooCommerce order statuses map into its reports, with pending counted as failed and refunded counted as refunded, which is more transparency than most vendors give. One limit is one WooCommerce store per account. Under $2.5 million in revenue, Measure is $499 a month, Scale is $699 and Maximize is $999.
3. Triple Whale
Triple Whale added WooCommerce in September 2024 as a beta integration. It has a free plan you can use to see the data, while paid plans are priced by annual GMV and run on 12-month terms. Its depth is in dashboards, creative reporting and its Moby AI assistant. Before paying, confirm which attribution features run on WooCommerce at parity with Shopify, since the product was built on Shopify first.
4. Hyros
Hyros supports any store platform and focuses on tracking buyers across ads, email and sales calls. Its pricing page asks you to book a setup call for a quote tied to tracked revenue. It fits WooCommerce stores selling high-ticket products or running long funnels with calls far better than it fits a store selling low-priced consumables.
5. Google Analytics 4
GA4 is free and connects to WooCommerce through a plugin or a tag manager setup. It uses data-driven attribution by default. You will need to bring in non-Google ad spend yourself, and its session-based reports do not give you an order-level view of each customer. It is the baseline, not the answer.
What a WooCommerce store should test
WooCommerce stores vary more than Shopify ones, so I test three things on any trial. Compare orders and revenue in the tool against WooCommerce for one week, including refunded and cancelled orders. Check how it treats orders created outside the storefront, such as manual phone orders or subscription renewals. Then place a test order with your caching plugin switched on, because a cached checkout page is where pixels most often fail.
Hosting deserves a look too. Some managed WordPress hosts strip or block server-side requests by default, which can make server-side tracking look broken when the host is the problem. If numbers are far off after a week, ask your host before you blame the tool.
