Northbeam’s pricing page lists its Starter plan from $1,500 a month and its Professional plan from $3,500 a month. Growth and Enterprise are quoted. Every listed number is a starting rate, and Northbeam says your actual monthly price depends on the volume of data your store generates, measured in pageviews.
That is the short answer. The longer one matters more, because the tier you land in depends on your ad spend, your ecommerce platform, and how much contract flexibility you need.
The four tiers
Growth is the newest tier. It is aimed at seven-figure brands spending under $200K a month on ads, and it is sold through Northbeam’s preferred agency partners. You get Northbeam’s multi-touch attribution, dashboards, and its MCP connection, plus creative, strategy, and media buying support from the agency, with Northbeam pricing built into that agency engagement. There is no listed price.
Starter is listed at $1,500 a month for brands spending less than $1.5 million a year on ads. It includes first-party multi-touch attribution, omnichannel dashboards, Northbeam Apex for sending attribution data back to ad algorithms, the Clicks plus Deterministic Views model for view-through conversions, and MCP access.
Professional is listed at $3,500 a month for brands spending up to $500K a month on ads. It adds unlimited users, data exports, and integrations, support for ecommerce platforms other than Shopify, a dedicated media strategist, and more data refresh options. Incrementality testing is listed as optional.
Enterprise is quoted for teams spending more than $500K a month. It adds media buying guidance, a dedicated customer success manager and Slack channel, optional hourly conversion data, touchpoint-level exports, regional dashboards, and direct integration with custom platforms. Media Mix Modeling+ and incrementality are optional add-ons.
What actually moves the price
Three things. Pageview volume sets where you land inside a tier, which is why the listed rates say “starts at.” Platform matters because Starter’s month-to-month terms are described for Shopify brands, and support for any other ecommerce platform is listed as a Professional feature. Contract length matters too: Professional and Enterprise are annual terms billed annually or semi-annually, while Starter is month-to-month.
One inconsistency is worth flagging. The plan cards describe Professional as fitting brands up to $500K a month in ad spend, while the FAQ on the same page recommends Enterprise for anyone spending more than $250K a month. If you are between those numbers, expect the sales conversation to push toward Enterprise.
Growth is the hardest tier to price from the outside, because the Northbeam fee is folded into what you pay the agency. If you go that route, ask the agency to break out the software cost on its own line. Otherwise you cannot compare it against Starter or against another tool, and you will not know what you are paying for measurement versus media buying when you renegotiate a year later.
Each tier also advertises ad credits from Northbeam’s ad platform partners, up to $100,000 at Starter. I would not factor those into the decision. Read the terms before counting on them, and either way they do not change what the software costs you every month.
Is it worth it at your size?
At $1,500 a month, Starter costs $18,000 a year before pageview adjustments. For a brand spending $1M a year on ads, that is close to 2 percent of media spend going to measurement. That can be worth it if the view-through modeling changes how you allocate prospecting budget. It is hard to justify if you mainly need a clear read on which channels and campaigns drive orders.
For that narrower job, lighter tools cost much less. ThoughtMetric, for example, starts at $99 a month for 50,000 pageviews with every feature included. (Disclosure: ThoughtMetric sponsors this site.) It does not offer Northbeam’s modeling depth, so it is a different purchase, but it is the comparison I would run before signing. I covered the trade-offs in ThoughtMetric vs Northbeam and the wider field in Best Northbeam alternatives.

Quick decision guide
- Shopify brand under $1.5M a year in ad spend that wants view-through attribution? Starter, and negotiate on pageview volume.
- Already working with a Northbeam partner agency? Ask about Growth before Starter.
- Not on Shopify, or need unlimited users and exports? Budget for Professional at $3,500 a month or more.
- Spending over $250K a month? Expect Enterprise pricing conversations.
- Mostly need multi-touch attribution and channel reporting? Price out a lighter tool such as ThoughtMetric (our sponsor) first.
