Wicked Reports gives agencies a lot to like. It runs an agency partner program and a partner directory, its outbound API feeds client reporting tools, and its LTV-focused attribution makes a strong case in client meetings. The friction is that pricing follows each client’s annual revenue band. A client under $2.5M starts at $499 a month on Measure, Scale is $699, and Maximize is $999, with Advanced Signal and 5 Forces AI available as $199 add-ons on the lower plans. For a roster of smaller brands, that adds up quickly.
Some setup details also matter more at agency scale. Wicked allows one WooCommerce store per account, and its Snapchat integration asks you to add a tracking template to every ad. Neither is a problem for one brand, but both multiply across clients. These five handle agency work differently. The broader field is in Wicked Reports competitors.
1. Hyros
Hyros has the most generous referral terms here, paying agencies 40 percent for life on every client they refer, and it lists Hyros-certified agencies in a public directory. Pricing is custom and quoted on a setup call based on the revenue Hyros tracks for each client, with one plan that includes a setup team and an AI analyst, and a guarantee that ads grow or the client does not pay. It suits agencies whose clients run high-ticket offers or call-based funnels.
2. ThoughtMetric
ThoughtMetric‘s agency partner program includes a white-labeled dashboard with your logo, co-marketing, and revenue share or a client discount of 10 percent for 12 months at the Gold tier and 15 percent at Platinum. (Disclosure: ThoughtMetric sponsors this site.) Pricing is based on each client’s monthly pageviews, starting at $99 a month for 50,000, with every feature on every plan and unlimited users. Post-purchase surveys are included, so you are not adding a second tool per client. ThoughtMetric’s own Wicked Reports comparison lays out its side.
3. Northbeam
Northbeam‘s Growth plan is sold through agency partners to seven-figure brands spending under $200,000 a month on ads, with preferred pricing built into the agency engagement. Starter is listed at $1,500 a month with month-to-month billing for Shopify brands, and Professional at $3,500 on annual terms. It fits agencies running large paid social budgets where modeled view credit changes decisions.
4. Polar Analytics
Polar Analytics is built for centralizing many Shopify stores, with one-click store setup, a Views feature for comparing clients, and unlimited users and integrations on every account. It is a reporting layer first, and its first-party pixel sits on the Analyze and Enrich plan. Pricing is not listed on the website, so you will need a demo to get a number.
5. Fairing
Fairing is not an attribution platform, but it is the cheapest way to add a signal every client report can use. Its post-purchase survey ties each answer to the order and lifetime value, and pricing scales with order volume only, free up to 100 orders a month and then $15 to $199 a month. Each store needs its own plan, which keeps billing clean per client.
How I would structure it across clients
For a mixed roster, I would avoid running five different attribution tools. Pick one primary tool you can set up quickly and explain well, and standardize the client report around it: platform-reported revenue, your tool’s credited revenue, survey share by channel, and MER. When every client report has the same four lines, account managers spot problems faster and new hires ramp in weeks rather than months.
Before switching a whole roster, run the new tool beside Wicked on two or three clients for a month. Compare credited revenue by channel and note where they differ. If the differences come from setup gaps, fix them. If they come from model choices, decide which one you can explain better to clients. Only then move the rest.
Also check contract timing, since moving a client mid-term can mean paying for two tools for a while, and line switches up with renewal dates where you can. Keep historical exports from Wicked before you cancel, because LTV reports depend on order history going back years. A client asking about last year’s cohorts six months from now will expect an answer.
Keep a short note in each client’s report explaining what changed when numbers move, like a tracking fix, a new channel, or a promotion. Clients forgive a number that shifts with a clear reason far more readily than one that shifts silently. More on that is in attribution tools for agencies that need client-ready reporting.
