Growing stores, one honest take at a time.

How much does Wicked Reports cost?

Wicked Reports costs $499 a month on its Measure plan for brands with up to $2.5 million in annual revenue. In the same band, Scale is $699 a month and Maximize is $999 a month, and Enterprise starts at $4,999 for brands over $50 million. Prices rise as you move into higher revenue bands, which are set by your last 12 months of gross revenue.

What does each Wicked Reports plan include?

Measure includes FunnelVision’s pre-built views, cohort and LTV reports, lifetime lookback and lookforward, and integrations with the major ad platforms, standard carts, and standard CRMs. For most Shopify brands that need attribution and LTV by source, this is the plan that matters.

Scale adds API integrations for CRMs and carts, an outbound API, currency conversion, and international time-zone data loading. It is the plan for brands selling across regions or pushing attribution data into their own warehouse or reporting tools.

Maximize adds 5 Forces AI, Advanced Signal for Meta’s Conversions API, custom conversions, and an Amazon revenue integration. On Measure and Scale, Advanced Signal and 5 Forces AI are $199 a month each, so if you want both, Maximize at $999 is cheaper than Scale plus the two add-ons.

Enterprise starts at $4,999 and adds priority support and implementation, enterprise terms, security reviews, dedicated servers, and custom SLAs.

How do the revenue bands work?

Wicked uses your last 12 months of gross revenue to set your band. If you cross into a higher band, your plan price updates at your next renewal. You can upgrade or downgrade between plans at any time, with changes taking effect in the next billing cycle. The practical effect is that a fast-growing brand should budget for the next band, not the current one, since a good year raises the bill.

Is Wicked Reports worth it?

Wicked’s case is lifetime value. It credits repeat purchases back to the original source with no lookback limit, which a first-order ROAS view misses. For subscription and consumables brands, where the second and third orders carry the margin, that is worth paying for. For a brand with low repeat rates that mainly needs to know which ads drive first orders, $499 a month buys features you will not use much.

Setup has a cost too. Some integrations ask for real work, like adding a tracking template to every Snapchat ad, and the WooCommerce integration allows one store per account. Budget a few weeks of someone’s time for setup and validation, not just the subscription.

A useful test is your repeat purchase rate. If more than a third of revenue comes from returning customers, LTV by source will change real decisions about where to spend. If it is under a tenth, it mostly will not, and a cheaper first-order tool will serve you just as well.

What do Wicked Reports alternatives cost?

For comparison, ThoughtMetric starts at $99 a month for 50,000 monthly pageviews with every feature on every plan, including post-purchase surveys, and the full ladder is on its pricing page. (Disclosure: ThoughtMetric sponsors this site.) Northbeam’s Starter is listed at $1,500 a month and Professional at $3,500. Lifetimely, which covers LTV and profit but not multi-touch attribution, starts at $79 a month for up to 500 Shopify orders. ThoughtMetric also publishes a Wicked Reports comparison, and a wider list is in Wicked Reports alternatives for Shopify brands.

Whatever you compare, line up the same three costs: the monthly price at your current size, the price after a year of growth, and the hours your team will spend on setup. The cheapest sticker price is not always the cheapest year.

How should you budget for Wicked Reports?

For a brand under $2.5 million, Measure works out to $5,988 a year. Adding one $199 add-on brings that to $8,376, and Maximize is $11,988. If you expect to cross $2.5 million in the next year, ask for the next band’s prices before you sign, since the jump happens at renewal and is easier to plan for than to discover.

In the demo, bring a list of your ad platforms, cart, and CRM, and confirm each is a standard integration on Measure rather than an API integration that needs Scale. Ask to see a cohort report on a brand like yours and how long setup usually takes for your stack. Those answers decide which plan you actually need, and they are much easier to get before you sign than after.

Picking a plan

  • Need attribution plus cohort and LTV by source in one region? Measure at $499.
  • Selling in multiple currencies or feeding a warehouse? Scale at $699.
  • Want Meta CAPI enrichment and AI analysis too? Maximize at $999, which beats Scale plus both add-ons.
  • Over $50M and need security reviews and SLAs? Enterprise from $4,999.
  • Mostly need first-order attribution at a lower price? Compare ThoughtMetric (our sponsor) first.
