Rockerbox does not publish a price. Its plans page lays out the platform as a set of data and analysis products and sends you to its sales team for a quote, so the only reliable number is the one Rockerbox gives you for your own setup. What you can do before that call is understand what drives the quote, so you know exactly what you are pricing.
What does Rockerbox’s plans page show?
Modules rather than tiers. On the data side there are products for collecting, tracking, and exporting your marketing data. On the analysis side there is Journey for multi-touch attribution, MMM for media mix modeling, and Testing for incrementality. You assemble a combination with its team instead of choosing a plan with a monthly fee. That structure suits the brands Rockerbox was built for, which run TV, podcast, direct mail, affiliate, and programmatic alongside digital and want all of it in one dataset.
Why do the numbers online disagree?
Because none of them come from Rockerbox. Search for Rockerbox pricing and you will find software directories and competitor blogs quoting figures that differ by an order of magnitude, some of them framed per user, which does not match how the product is sold. Rockerbox has not confirmed any of them. I would not anchor on any figure you read online, including the ones that look precise. A number from a contract another brand signed for a different mix of modules tells you very little about yours.
What drives the quote?
Four things usually shape it. The first is which modules you take, since Journey on its own is a much smaller purchase than Journey plus MMM plus managed testing. The second is the size and spread of your media, because more spend across more channels means more data to collect and model. The third is offline media: bringing TV, direct mail, or podcast into the dataset adds setup work a digital-only brand does not need. The fourth is service. Implementation, data onboarding, and analyst support are a real part of what you buy with a tool like this, so ask how they are priced and whether any of it is a one-time fee.
Ask about contract terms as well. Enterprise measurement tools are usually sold on annual agreements, and the term matters as much as the monthly figure when you compare options.
Did the DoubleVerify acquisition change pricing?
Not in any way Rockerbox has published. What changed is the parent company. DoubleVerify bought Rockerbox in 2025, and its core customers are large advertisers and agencies, which says something about where the product is likely to focus. If you are a mid-size Shopify brand, ask during the sales process how accounts your size are supported. I covered the deal in Rockerbox alternatives after the DoubleVerify acquisition.
How do you get a useful quote?
Go into the call with your numbers ready: annual ad spend by channel, which channels are offline, how many stores or regions you run, and the specific questions you need answered. If your main question is which digital campaigns drive orders, say so, because you may only need Journey. If you need to know whether TV is working, that is an MMM or testing conversation and the price will reflect it. Ask for the quote broken out by module, with implementation listed separately, so you can see what each piece costs and drop the ones you do not need.
What does it compare against?
Tools that publish prices give you a reference point. Northbeam lists Starter from $1,500 a month for brands spending under $1.5 million a year on ads. Triple Whale’s Shopify listing shows Foundation from $219 a month, scaling with annual GMV. ThoughtMetric starts at $99 a month for 50,000 monthly pageviews, with every feature included and a 14-day trial. (Disclosure: ThoughtMetric sponsors this site.) None of these replicate Rockerbox’s offline coverage or managed MMM, so the comparison only holds if your spend is mostly digital. For that case, I listed options in Rockerbox alternatives for Shopify brands and compared the two directly in ThoughtMetric vs Rockerbox. Quick answers
- Does Rockerbox list a price? No. You get a quote based on the modules you choose.
- Are the figures on directory sites reliable? Rockerbox has not confirmed them, so treat them as unverified.
- What raises the price? More modules, more spend and channels, offline media, and service needs.
- Mostly digital spend and a narrow attribution question? Compare against a published-price tool such as ThoughtMetric (our sponsor) before you sign.
- Big TV, podcast, or direct mail budget? Rockerbox’s offline coverage is the reason to take the call.
