Triple Whale already connects to TikTok and Snapchat, so the reason to look elsewhere is rarely a missing integration. It is usually the way both channels behave. TikTok and Snapchat drive a lot of discovery through people who watch, do not click, and buy days later by searching your brand name. A click-based pixel undercounts that, and the platform dashboards overcount it. Triple Whale handles this with models like Triple Attribution plus Views, but its pricing page asks you to book a demo, price is set by annual GMV and the package you choose, and paid plans are 12-month subscriptions. Its Shopify App Store listing shows Foundation from $219 a month. I covered that structure in how much does Triple Whale cost.
If TikTok or Snapchat is a big share of your budget, the useful question is which tool gives you the most honest read on view-heavy channels for the money. These five take different approaches, and the right one depends on how much of your spend is video and how much you trust a model over a survey.
1. Northbeam
Northbeam is the strongest option here if you want views credited inside the model itself. Its Clicks plus Deterministic Views feature attributes revenue to ads people saw but did not click, which is exactly the gap on TikTok and Snapchat. Starter is listed at $1,500 a month for brands spending under $1.5 million a year on ads, with month-to-month, usage-based billing for Shopify brands. Professional is listed at $3,500 a month on annual terms. The cost only makes sense if video spend is large enough that better view credit changes real budget decisions.
2. Polar Analytics
Polar Analytics connects TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads alongside Shopify, Meta, and Google, and it is strongest as a reporting layer where you build the views you want. Its first-party pixel sits on the Analyze and Enrich plan rather than the base plan, so confirm which package you are being quoted. Pricing is not listed on the website, so you will need a demo to get a number. It fits a team that wants TikTok and Snapchat spend inside one custom dashboard more than it wants a new attribution model.
3. ThoughtMetric
ThoughtMetric connects directly to TikTok and Snapchat Ads and folds post-purchase survey answers into its attribution, which is how it catches the TikTok buyer who never clicked. (Disclosure: ThoughtMetric sponsors this site.) It offers five attribution models, including multi-touch, first touch, and position-based, and pricing is based on monthly pageviews, starting at $99 a month for 50,000, with every feature on every plan and monthly billing. It does not model view-through conversions, so the survey does the work that Northbeam’s view credit does. For brands where TikTok is one channel among several, that trade is usually fine.
4. KnoCommerce
KnoCommerce is not an attribution platform, but it may be the cheapest fix for TikTok and Snapchat measurement. A post-purchase survey asking where buyers first heard about you surfaces the view-driven discovery that pixels miss. Starter is $19 a month with one live survey and three questions, Analyst is $119 with integrations, and Pro is $299, all billed monthly with no long-term contract and a 7-day trial. Triple Whale itself can read Kno responses into its attribution, which tells you how much weight survey data now carries.
5. Wicked Reports
Wicked Reports integrates with TikTok and Snapchat for spend and clicks, and its focus is lifetime value by acquisition source. That matters if TikTok customers buy once and Snapchat customers come back, or the reverse. The Snapchat setup asks you to add its tracking template to every ad you run, which is real work for a team launching many creatives a week. Pricing follows annual revenue bands, and up to $2.5M, Measure is $499 a month, Scale is $699, and Maximize is $999.
Reading TikTok and Snapchat numbers honestly
Whatever you pick, I would put three numbers side by side for each channel every week: what the platform reports, what your attribution tool credits, and the share of survey answers naming the channel. The platform number is the ceiling and the click number is the floor. If the survey share sits much closer to the platform number, your click tool is undercounting and the channel deserves more room. If it sits near the click number, the platform is taking credit for buyers you would have had anyway.
When a channel is big enough to matter, test it directly. Pause TikTok or Snapchat in a handful of regions for three or four weeks and watch total sales there against the rest of the country. One clean test is worth more than any model when the decision is whether to double the budget. For the TikTok side specifically, see best tools to track the impact of TikTok ads.
