Hyros alternatives for Meta-heavy brands

Hyros has a loyal following among Meta advertisers, mostly from info products, coaching, and high-ticket offers where a sale passes through a webinar, a call, and a CRM. It shows its own numbers inside Meta Ads Manager through a browser extension, and its pricing scales with the revenue it tracks. A Shopify brand spending most of its budget on Meta has simpler needs. You want a trustworthy read on campaigns and ads, a check against Ads Manager, and better conversion data going back to Meta.

Here are the alternatives I’d look at for a Meta-first store. (Disclosure: ThoughtMetric, ranked fourth, sponsors this site.)

1. Triple Whale

Triple Whale is the default for Shopify brands that live in Meta, with creative analytics, multi-touch attribution through its pixel, and Sonar Optimize sending enriched events back to ad platforms. Foundation is listed from $219 a month on its Shopify listing and is priced by annual GMV. The free plan covers first and last click with a 12-month lookback.

2. Wicked Reports

Wicked Reports is the closest in spirit to Hyros, with lifetime lookback and CRM integrations, but built for e-commerce. Its Advanced Signal product sends first-party conversions to Meta through the Conversions API. Measure is $499 a month for brands under $2.5 million in revenue, with Scale at $699 and Maximize at $999. Advanced Signal is a $199 add-on on Measure and Scale and included on Maximize.

3. Northbeam

Northbeam makes sense once Meta is big but not your only channel. Northbeam Apex feeds its first-party attribution data to ad algorithms, and its view-through model credits Meta impressions that never got a click. Starter is listed from $1,500 a month for brands spending under $1.5 million a year on ads, month to month for Shopify brands. Professional is $3,500 a month on annual terms and adds support for any e-commerce platform.

4. ThoughtMetric

ThoughtMetric, which sponsors this site, attributes Meta revenue down to the campaign, ad set, and ad, and folds post-purchase survey answers into the model so Meta gets credit for buyers who saw an ad and came back later through search or direct. It also sends conversion data back to ad platforms. It’s an e-commerce attribution tool for Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and custom stores. Pricing starts at $99 a month for 50,000 pageviews, with every feature on every plan.

5. KnoCommerce

Meta’s influence is the hardest to see in click data. KnoCommerce surveys put a number on it. Starter is $19 a month, Analyst $119, and Pro $299.

What Meta-first brands should check

Compare Meta-attributed revenue in your tool against Ads Manager weekly, and expect Ads Manager to run higher. Split new and returning customers, since broad Advantage+ campaigns will happily spend on people who were going to buy anyway. And watch MER next to platform ROAS. More in is Meta-reported ROAS accurate, Northbeam alternatives for Meta-heavy brands, and the main Hyros alternatives list.

FAQs

Is Hyros good for Shopify brands?

It can track the sale, but it’s built around funnels with calls and CRMs. Most Shopify brands get more from tools built for e-commerce.

Which alternative improves the data Meta optimizes on?

Wicked Reports’ Advanced Signal, Northbeam Apex, and Triple Whale’s Sonar are built for that. ThoughtMetric, our sponsor, also sends conversion data back.

Why is Meta’s ROAS higher than my attribution tool’s?

Meta counts view-through conversions and doesn’t de-duplicate against other channels.

What’s the lowest-cost setup?

Triple Whale’s free plan or ThoughtMetric, which sponsors this site, at $99 a month, plus KnoCommerce from $19.

How to choose

  • Choose Triple Whale for Meta creative analytics and signal in one Shopify suite.
  • Choose Wicked Reports for Hyros-style lifetime lookback built for e-commerce.
  • Choose Northbeam if Meta is big but other channels are growing.
  • Choose ThoughtMetric (our sponsor) for ad-level Meta attribution with surveys at a published price.
  • Add KnoCommerce to measure Meta influence that never clicks.
