The Best Attribution Tools for Sleepwear and Loungewear Brands

Sleepwear and loungewear sell on comfort, which is hard to show in a static ad and easy to show in a creator video. Most brands lean on Meta, TikTok, and creators for discovery, with Pinterest helping for matching sets. Q4 is outsized because pajamas are a classic gift, and gift buyers behave differently from people buying for themselves. The real money is in repeat purchase: someone who loves one set comes back for a new fabric or colorway. And sizing returns cut into what a first order is really worth.

So the tools that fit track social and creator channels, separate gift buyers, and report repeat purchase by channel. Here’s my ranking. (Disclosure: ThoughtMetric, ranked third, sponsors this site.)

1. Triple Whale

Triple Whale combines multi-touch attribution, creative analytics, and cohort analysis on Foundation, which helps when you’re comparing which videos and fabrics bring in buyers who come back. Foundation is listed from $219 a month on its Shopify listing and is priced by annual GMV. The free plan covers first and last click with a 12-month lookback.

2. Northbeam

Northbeam integrates natively with Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat, and its Clicks + Deterministic Views model credits video ads people watched without clicking. It’s priced for large budgets. Starter is listed from $1,500 a month for brands spending under $1.5 million a year on ads, month to month for Shopify brands. Professional is $3,500 a month on annual terms and adds support for any e-commerce platform.

3. ThoughtMetric

ThoughtMetric, which sponsors this site, integrates natively with Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads, and Bing Ads, and post-purchase survey answers feed its multi-touch model. LTV by channel shows which sources bring back second-set buyers, and product-level reporting separates sets, robes, and loungewear. It’s an e-commerce attribution tool for Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and custom stores. Pricing starts at $99 a month for 50,000 pageviews, with every feature on every plan.

4. Peel Insights

Peel Insights, a Relay Commerce company, is built for retention: 30+ cohort KPIs, RFM segments you can export to email and ads, and multi-touch attribution with UTMs. It answers the repeat question better than most attribution tools. It’s priced by monthly orders: Core starts at $179 a month billed annually or $199 month to month, Essentials at $449, and Accelerate at $809, with every feature on every plan and a 7-day free trial.

5. KnoCommerce

KnoCommerce surveys can ask whether an order is a gift, which is the simplest way to keep Q4 gift buyers from distorting your repeat-rate math. Starter is $19 a month, Analyst $119, and Pro $299.

What sleepwear and loungewear brands should measure

Tag gift orders, through a survey question, gift notes, or gift wrap, and report them separately. Compare the repeat rate of Q4 cohorts against spring cohorts before deciding a holiday channel worked. Measure ROAS on net revenue after returns, since sizing exchanges are common. And check creator codes against creator links to see how much code revenue is leaking to coupon sites. See attribution tools for lingerie and intimates brands, attribution tools for activewear brands, and gift shoppers and Q4 new customer numbers.

FAQs

Why do Q4 sleepwear customers repeat less?

Many are gift buyers who weren’t shopping for themselves. Tag them so they don’t drag down the repeat rate of channels that bring in real fans.

Should I judge channels on first-order ROAS?

Not alone. A channel that brings in buyers who return for a second set can be worth more than its first-order ROAS suggests.

How do I handle returns and exchanges?

Use net revenue in ROAS and LTV, and watch return rates by channel, since some social channels bring more size exchanges.

What’s the cheapest setup?

ThoughtMetric, which sponsors this site, at $99 a month or Triple Whale’s free plan, plus KnoCommerce from $19 a month.
