Northbeam handles long purchase cycles better than most tools. Its docs describe an indefinite attribution window, and its accrual accounting mode credits revenue back to the days the contributing touchpoints happened rather than the day of the order. For a brand selling $1,500 sofas or $3,000 bikes, where a buyer might first see an ad in March and buy in May, that is the right design.
The catch for high-AOV brands is volume. A store selling 40 orders a week has thin data for any model, and Northbeam’s $1,500 Starter plan, described as month-to-month for Shopify brands, is a large fixed cost against a small order count. Other platforms are pointed to annual tiers. If you are high-ticket but not high-volume, these five fit the problem from different angles.
1. Hyros
Hyros was built for journeys with a human in the middle, such as consultations, quotes or sales calls. If your high-AOV buyers talk to someone before buying, its call tracking connects the ad to the conversation to the order. Pricing is a quote after a setup call, based on tracked revenue. If buyers check out alone, much of what Hyros does well goes unused.
2. ThoughtMetric
ThoughtMetric is an e-commerce attribution tool for Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and custom stores. (Disclosure: ThoughtMetric sponsors this site.) You can set the lookback window up to 90 days and switch between five models, including first touch and position-based, so you can see what started a long journey as well as what closed it. Post-purchase surveys on every plan catch the friend or podcast recommendation no pixel sees. Pricing is based on monthly pageviews from $99 a month, which tends to favor high-AOV brands since they have fewer sessions per dollar of revenue than revenue-priced tools assume.
3. Wicked Reports
Wicked Reports credits the original first click however long ago it happened. Its FunnelVision report uses what it calls infinite lookback, and its reporting is organized around customer lifetime value. Under $2.5 million in annual revenue, Measure is $499 a month, Scale is $699 and Maximize is $999. Revenue-banded pricing means a high-AOV brand moves up bands faster than its order count would suggest, so check where you land.
4. Rockerbox
Rockerbox fits high-AOV brands spending on channels a pixel struggles with, such as TV, podcasts or direct mail, that want media mix modeling and testing next to attribution. It sells those as modules, does not publish a price, and has been part of DoubleVerify since 2025. It is the closest like-for-like to Northbeam’s breadth on this list.
5. KnoCommerce
KnoCommerce is a post-purchase survey, not an attribution model, and for a low-volume, high-ticket store it may tell you more per dollar than anything above. When each order is worth $2,000, asking every buyer where they heard about you is cheap research. Starter is $19 a month, Analyst is $119 and Pro is $299, billed monthly.
What high AOV changes
Set the window to match reality. Pull your median days from first visit to purchase and make sure the lookback covers most buyers. A 7-day window on a 30-day decision makes every prospecting channel look broken.
Judge on weeks, not days. With 40 orders a week, a single large order swings ad-level ROAS wildly. Read ad sets before ads and monthly trends before weekly ones. Watch branded search too. High-ticket buyers come back by searching your name, and a last-click view hands them to Google brand campaigns. Compare first-touch and last-touch views of the same orders before cutting prospecting. Report on net sales as well, since one cancelled $1,500 order moves ROAS more than a dozen returned t-shirts.
