Growing stores, one honest take at a time.

Triple Whale alternatives for multi-store brands

Triple Whale’s pricing page says every paid plan includes unlimited users and integrates with as many stores as needed, and its FAQ lists multi-brand reporting as part of the Enterprise package. Foundation is listed at $219 a month on its Shopify listing, actual pricing depends on annual GMV, and its pricing page says paid plans are 12-month subscriptions. For a single brand that added a UK store, that is often fine. For a holding company, a brand with five regional storefronts, or anyone who needs stores rolled up and reconciled for finance, the details start to matter.

Three things decide whether a tool works for multi-store. The first is consolidation: can you see every store in one view and each store on its own without building it yourself? The second is currency and time zones, since stores in different markets settle in different currencies and close their days at different hours. The third is how pricing counts your stores, per account, per store, or on combined revenue. Here is how five alternatives handle those three.

1. Polar Analytics

Polar Analytics is the most complete multi-store option here. Its multi-store pages describe aggregated views across stores with per-store breakdowns, country-level CAC, unlimited users and integrations, and conversion to a single reporting currency. It also pulls in marketplace data, which matters for brands that sell on Amazon alongside several Shopify stores. Pricing is not listed on the website, so you will need a demo to get a number.

2. Peel Insights

Peel Insights connects multiple Shopify or Amazon stores on one account, with the number of stores rising as you move up its order-volume tiers. It is a retention tool first, so it suits a multi-brand group whose main question is which store’s customers come back and how often. Pricing is based on monthly orders with the same features on every plan, starting at $199 a month on its Shopify listing.

3. Wicked Reports

Wicked Reports handles international selling on its Scale plan and above, which adds currency conversion and international time-zone data loading, and its pricing FAQ says complex multi-brand setups should talk to its team. Its pricing follows annual revenue bands, and up to $2.5M, Measure is $499 a month, Scale is $699, and Maximize is $999. The band is based on your last twelve months of gross revenue, so ask early whether several stores are banded separately or together.

4. ThoughtMetric

ThoughtMetric treats each store as its own project, priced on that store’s monthly pageviews. (Disclosure: ThoughtMetric sponsors this site.) Pricing starts at $99 a month for 50,000 pageviews with every feature on every plan and monthly billing, so a small expansion store costs a fraction of the flagship rather than inheriting its tier. Each store reports in one store currency you choose, which gives a clean consolidated number per store rather than a side-by-side local-currency view. Agencies and groups switch between stores in one login.

5. Northbeam

Northbeam says on its pricing page that international or multi-store setups go through its sales team. Starter is listed from $1,500 a month for brands spending under $1.5 million a year on ads, with month-to-month, usage-based billing for Shopify brands, and Professional is listed at $3,500 a month on annual terms. Professional adds support for any e-commerce platform, not just Shopify, and Enterprise adds global, international, or geo-specific dashboards. It is the strongest modeling option here and the one where multi-store terms will be quoted rather than published.

Run the reconciliation test first

Before choosing, pull one week from your second-largest store and reconcile three numbers by hand: orders in the tool, orders in Shopify, and revenue in the currency that actually settled. Then check whether the tool’s day boundary matches the store’s time zone. A UK store loaded on US Eastern time puts several hours of evening orders on the wrong date, and every day-over-day comparison inherits the error.

The other trap is customers who buy from more than one store. Some tools count them as new in each store, which inflates group-level new-customer numbers and makes blended CAC look better than it is. Ask how each tool handles it, and decide which answer your finance team wants. I covered the general problem in building one revenue number you can run the business on, and the agency version in attribution tools for agencies managing multiple stores.
