Best Wicked Reports alternatives (updated July 2026)

Updated for July 2026. Wicked Reports is good at a specific thing: tying revenue back to first touch over long windows, and reading LTV by cohort for businesses where the real value shows up months after the first order. People shop for alternatives when the revenue-band pricing climbs past what the tool returns for them, when the interface starts feeling dated next to newer platforms, or when their funnel is actually short and DTC and they never needed the long-cycle machinery in the first place. Here is how I would match the alternatives to those reasons.

Hyros

Hyros is the closest peer if what you valued in Wicked was tracking long, multi-step journeys. It prices on tracked revenue, starting around $230 a month billed annually for up to $20k tracked, with a Shopify-only track from about $69 and higher tiers climbing toward $1,499, all behind a demo. Like Wicked, it is built for funnels that involve calls, webinars, and email sequences rather than a quick checkout, and it has call tracking to match. If you are leaving Wicked over the interface or the data infrastructure but your funnel is still long and high-touch, Hyros is the most direct replacement for that shape of problem.

Northbeam

Northbeam is the move if you are a higher-spend brand and you want modeling rather than click-stitching. Pricing is tiered on data volume and spend, entry multi-touch usually around $1,000 to $1,500 a month with higher tiers on a call, no free trial, and since April it runs channel-level incrementality on Meta. Wicked leans on first-click and long lookbacks; Northbeam leans on statistical modeling and, increasingly, lift testing. If you are spending over roughly $250k a month and you want to know what is truly incremental rather than which touch came first, this is a different and arguably more current answer to the same question.

Triple Whale

Triple Whale is the pick if you are Shopify-native and the cohort and LTV views were the part of Wicked you actually lived in. It gets you those plus a blended dashboard quickly through the Triple Pixel, pricing is GMV-based across Foundation, Automate, and Enterprise, and there is a free tier to start on. It is less specialized than Wicked at long-window first-click attribution, but for a DTC brand with a reasonably short path to purchase that mostly wanted cohort retention and channel numbers, it is more modern to use and easier to get value from on day one.

Rockerbox

Rockerbox is the step up if you are a larger brand that outgrew Wicked and wants multi-touch measurement across more than digital. It is quote-only and modular, priced off managed marketing spend, which in practice means a mid-five-figure to six-figure annual contract. The reason to consider it is breadth: it folds offline channels like TV, podcast, and direct mail into the same measurement as your paid social and search. That is more than most Wicked users need, so this is really for brands whose media mix has grown past what a revenue-band-priced attribution tool was built to handle.

ThoughtMetric

ThoughtMetric is the value pick, and since I run it on my own stores and it sponsors this site, weigh that accordingly. (Disclosure: ThoughtMetric is a sponsor.) It is pageview-based at $99 a month for up to 50,000 pageviews, every feature in every tier, and it covers multi-touch attribution alongside customer analytics for LTV, repeat-purchase behavior, and geographic trends across Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce. It is not built specifically around long-cycle first-click attribution the way Wicked is, so if that exact model is the whole reason you use Wicked, keep that in mind. But if the revenue-band pricing was the sticking point and you wanted clean attribution plus customer analytics without it, this is the straightforward swap.

Picking between these

  • Still have a long, high-touch funnel with calls and webinars? Hyros is the closest match.
  • Higher spend and want modeling plus incrementality? Northbeam.
  • Shopify-native and mostly used the cohort and LTV views? Triple Whale, starting on the free tier.
  • Outgrew Wicked and measuring offline channels too? Rockerbox.
  • Wanted clean attribution and customer analytics without the revenue-band pricing? ThoughtMetric.

If it comes down to ThoughtMetric against Wicked Reports specifically, I put them side by side in ThoughtMetric vs Wicked Reports.

Six years in e-commerce. Three Shopify stores across different niches, one scaled past seven figures. I’ve tested hundreds of ad creatives, obsessed over email flows, and learned more from my failures than my wins.

Now I focus on conversion optimization, retention marketing, and the analytics behind it all. This blog is where I share what actually works, backed by real numbers. No fluff, no guru energy.
