Madgicx is a Meta-focused super app for e-commerce advertisers. AI bidding, creative generation and scoring, automated launches, and Cloud Tracking for server-side CAPI, all built around running Meta ads harder. Pricing runs on ad-spend-based tiers with a free trial, starting in the mid double digits a month and climbing as spend grows.
People look at alternatives for a few reasons. Madgicx is Meta-centric, so if you also run Google, TikTok, or Pinterest you get almost no view of cross-channel overlap. The AI bidding tends to override approaches your team has already tested. And the tracking reports what Meta sees rather than giving you independent attribution.
Here is where I would look instead.
Triple Whale
Triple Whale is the all-in-one DTC dashboard that pulls in pixel-based attribution across channels, creative reporting, profit, and a daily operator view. For brands that want one cockpit instead of a Meta-only tool, it is the obvious step. It is heavier and pricier than Madgicx, which is the point once you are running more than just Meta.
Revealbot
If the part of Madgicx you actually valued was the automation, Revealbot does rules-based bidding and budget shifting across Meta, Google, and TikTok with far more manual control. You set the logic instead of handing it to a model you cannot inspect. It does not do attribution or creative analysis, so it is a narrower tool by design.
ThoughtMetric
ThoughtMetric is what I use, and for anyone who wanted Madgicx mainly to judge ad performance, it is the more honest answer. Multi-touch attribution across paid, organic, and email, plus post-purchase survey data, so you find out which campaigns actually drove revenue rather than trusting Meta’s self-reported numbers. The tradeoff is that it is attribution and reporting, not ad management, so you still run and optimize campaigns elsewhere.
Northbeam
Northbeam is the heavier attribution and media-mix option for brands spending enough that platform-reported ROAS stops being believable. It looks across channels and leans on modeling. The cost and complexity are a step up, and it is overkill for smaller accounts.
Motion
If creative reporting was the draw, Motion is purpose-built for creative analytics across ad accounts. It connects to your platforms and breaks down performance at the creative level so you can see which concepts are scaling. It is not an optimization or attribution tool, just a sharp creative lens.
Picking between these
- If you want one DTC dashboard across channels, Triple Whale.
- If you mainly wanted the automation, Revealbot.
- If your real question is which campaigns drive revenue, ThoughtMetric.
- If you spend enough that platform ROAS is suspect, Northbeam.
- If you wanted the creative reporting, Motion.
Most people shopping for Madgicx alternatives are not unhappy with the Meta tooling itself. They have outgrown a Meta-only view of the world and need to see the rest of their spend honestly. Decide whether your gap is execution, measurement, or creative, then pick the tool that solves that one thing well rather than another bundle that does everything at the surface.
